臥式全自動排礦離心機使用說明

 

隨著選礦也的不斷發展技術的不斷先進，砂金設備離心機越來越多的應用在選金，鎢，錫，汞，鈦，鉛，鋅，鐵，錳，鋯等金屬,我公司的砂金選礦提取設備全自動排礦離心機目前暢銷蒙古、俄羅斯、南非、剛果、莫桑比克等，歡迎來我司洽談業務！以下為砂金設備全自動排礦離心機的使用說明。

一、操作流程Operation process

1、打開PLC控制柜面板，開啟總電源開關，進入系統后設置好參數，等待充氣完成；

2、開啟離心泵，將水壓通過開關調節至約0.3MPa（水壓需要結合實際情況總結經驗自行調節）；

3、點擊自動模式下的“循環啟動”即可開始正常工作；

4、關機：首先應切斷給料，等待排礦完成后點擊“自動停止”，關閉總電源開關，最后關閉離心泵。

1)Open the PLC control box, turn on the main power, then getting into the system and setting parameters, waiting for the air compressor to inflate;

2)Start the centrifugal pump and adjust the water pressure to about 0.3MPa by switch. (the water pressure needs to sum up the experience and adjust itself according to the actual situation);

3)Click on the automatic mode of "Cycle" to start work;

4)Shut down: firstly should turn off the feeding of raw material, when discharge finished click "automatic stop", turn off the main power and finally turn off the centrifugal pump.

二、保養與維護The maintainence

1、因離心機在工作時是高速旋轉，會產生振動，因此在使用過程中應隨時檢查連接處螺栓是否松動，螺絲有松動時一般會出現異響，請及時停機檢查、維修。

2、天氣、溫度、濕度等因素會對三角帶壽命產生較大影響，請及時檢查更換（更換時要全套更換）。

3、必須每班（8小時）加注黃油，缺油會對軸承造成嚴重損壞。

1)Because the gold concentrator is rotating at high speed, it will produce vibration, so we should check whether the bolt is loose or not at any time.If loose there will be abnormal sound, please stop in time to check.

2)Weather, temperature, humidity and other factors will have a greater impact on the life of V-belt, please check if need change please replace one whole set.

3)Butter must be added to each shift for 8 hours. Lack of oil can cause damage to bearings.
