【破碎制砂水洗設備、砂金設備流程概述】
原料通過(guò)工程車(chē)輛送入料倉，通過(guò)料斗底部懸掛式振動(dòng)給料機均勻給料進(jìn)入上料輸送機，由上料輸送機送入滾筒篩內進(jìn)行篩選分級為：細料與粗料兩種規格：
粗料進(jìn)入一臺反擊式制砂機內進(jìn)行破碎；細料通過(guò)一條溜槽排入破碎機底部與破碎后的物料匯合，然后一起依次進(jìn)入兩臺輪式洗砂機內進(jìn)行二次清洗，清洗后的成品料由成品料輸送機輸送至成品料區域；
輪式洗砂機溢流口排出的廢水與細砂通過(guò)管道排入一料箱內，通過(guò)一臺沙泵打入細沙回收機內進(jìn)行細砂回收與脫水，脫水后的細砂與成品料混合通過(guò)成品料輸送機輸送至成品料區域。
Technical process
Raw material get into feed hopper then into transport conveyor well distributed with work of vibration feeder,then into trommel screen to be classified into 2 size:the big(coarse) material and fine size material:
The big size one into one set of sand making machine(Impact type)to be crushing the crushed material with fine size material together into 2set of wheel bucket type sand washer for the 2nd time washing,then final production get and transported to destination by conveyor;
The fine sand discharged with scrap water into mineral box through the pipe by wheel bucket sand washer,then to be feed into fine sand recover machine by sand pump,the final production clean sand get and transported to destination by transport conveyor.
